The platform breaks down odds for upcoming fixtures, live betting markets, and outright bets across 1,000s of leagues and cups.

Compare Betting Odds from 100+ Sportsbooks
Compare betting odds across 100+ online bookmakers, including all the major ones like Gamdom and Pinnacle. All betting odds are pulled into one board and updated in real time. Every operator's price sits side by side for the same match, same market, same moment: no tab-switching, no manual cross-checking.
The best price on the board gets highlighted the second it appears, so the top number never gets buried in a wall of similar-looking odds. Spot it, click it, land straight on the operator's page to place the bet: no detours, no extra steps between comparison and confirmation.
Sportsbook odds comparison exists because prices aren't uniform. Each operator sets its own margin, weighs public money differently, and reacts to line movement on its own schedule, so gaps between boards can run wider than bettors expect.
The fact is that a few points of value per bet add up fast across the whole season, which can result in more money in the end. That's why betting odds comparison matters more than picking a single go-to sportsbook and sticking with it.
How to Use Live Sports Odds for Sports Odds Comparison
You don't need a finance degree to use this site well. You need to know where to look and what each number means. Here's how:
Step 1: Find the event you're looking for. Use the left-side menu to browse by sport. Click a sport, and you'll see the countries and leagues available for it, with the most popular ones like the English Premier League given priority. Alternatively, use the search bar in the top menu to jump straight to a team, league or event.
Step 2: Find the market. The best odds for the match-winner market are shown by default for all active matchups. Click into any match, and you'll see every other market available, for both pre-match and live odds. Looking for outrights, like a title winner? Click the Outrights tab.
Step 3: Decide on your bet. Check the standings (league table) and results tabs for context, make use of our tools for bettors, or head to the Live Sports Odds blog for tips before you commit.
Step 4: Place your bet. Make your selections, add your stake in My Coupon, and hit Bet. You'll be taken straight to the bookmaker's site to complete the wager.
None of this replaces your own judgement. It just makes sure you're backing a price with your eyes open.
Sports Betting Markets & Bet Types
Odds only mean something once you know what you're actually backing. Here's how the core bet types break down.
Match-Winner (Moneyline or 1X2)
Match-winner bets require you to pick the outright winner of a game. No handicap, no margin, just who wins. It's the simplest market on the board, and usually the first one bettors learn.
Take “Der Klassiker”, one of the German Bundesliga's top fixtures, as an example. Let’s say Bayern Munich are priced at 2.10 to win, Borussia Dortmund are the longer price away from Westfalen, and the draw sits somewhere in between. Back Bayern at 2.10 and a $100 bet returns $210 if they get the win, no matter how it happens or by how many.
In football, this market is usually called 1X2 rather than moneyline, which is commonly used for NFL matches in America.
Point Spread (Asian Handicap)
This wager type comes with different names, depending on the sport. In association football, it’s almost always called Asian handicap. In most US sports, it’s called point handicap. However, in NHL games, it’s often called puck line.
Whatever you call it, the whole point of this bet is to level the playing field in sports by giving the underdog a head start and the favourite a deficit to overcome. Back the favourite and they need to win by more than the spread. Back the underdog and they can lose by less than the spread, or win outright, and still cover.
In the NBA, a good example would be the Denver Nuggets at -5.5 against the Washington Wizards, which means they need to win by at least 6 points for that bet to cover. Back Washington at +5.5 instead, and your bet wins if the Wizards win outright or lose by no more than 5 points.
Over/Under (Totals)
Over/Under bets focus on the total points, goals, or runs (or something else depending on the sport) scored in a game rather than who wins it. The sportsbook sets a number, and you bet on whether the combined score lands above or below it.
Here’s an example that shows how this bet works in practise: Over 3.5 sets in the Jannik Sinner vs. Carlos Alcaraz match at the ATP Wimbledon.
Prop Bets
Prop bets focus on specific events within a match rather than the final outcome. Think first goalscorer, total rebounds, passing yards or corners. They're a different kind of bet entirely, built on individual performance rather than the scoreline.
Lamine Jamal anytime scorer in a Spanish La Liga game would be a good example of this kind of bet.
Live Sports Odds Tools for Bettors
Sure Bets Finder
Our software scans the market for sure bets, situations where backing every outcome across different bookmakers guarantees a profit regardless of the result. The built-in calculator does the hard part for you: enter your total stake, and it calculates exactly how much to place on each outcome to lock in a guaranteed return.
Dropping Odds
Track matches and markets where the price has shortened significantly ahead of kick-off. A sudden odds drop often means money, or information, has moved the market, and it's worth knowing before you bet.
Arbitrage Calculator
Our arbitrage calculator helps you work out whether a guaranteed profit exists across bookmakers, and how to split your stake to lock it in. Just enter the odds and stake for two or more outcomes, and let our tool do the rest.
Parlay Calculator
Our parlay calculator lets you combine multiple selections and see the total payout instantly, across American, decimal, or fractional odds, without working the maths out leg by leg.
Margin Calculator
Use our margin calculator to work out the bookmaker's overround on any market to see exactly how much juice is baked into any price you're being offered.
Odds Converter
With the odds converter tool, you can switch instantly between American, decimal and fractional odds so you're never doing the maths by hand mid-game.
How Do Sports Betting Odds Work?
Every price you see, whatever the sport or market, is built on the same idea: a probability, converted into a number, with the bookmaker's margin baked in. Once you know the types of odds on offer, how they're written, and what makes them move, the whole board stops looking like noise.
Odds Formats
The same probability can be written three different ways depending on where you're betting.
Odds Format | How It Works | Example |
Decimal Odds | Shows your total return, including your stake. Most of Europe, Australia and Canada use this format by default. | A price of 2.50 on a $100 bet returns $250 in total, made up of your original $100 plus $150 profit. |
American Odds | Also known as moneyline odds, these indicate how much you need to stake, or stand to win, on a $100 bet. Negative odds (with the minus sign) show the stake needed to win $100. Positive odds show the potential winnings on a $100 stake. | -150 means risking $150 to win $100. +150 means a $100 bet returns $150 profit. |
Fractional Odds | Shows profit relative to stake. Common across UK racing and football markets, though it takes more mental arithmetic than decimal odds to convert quickly. | A price of 9/2 means you win $9 for every $2 risked. |
Types of Sports Betting Odds
Pre-Match Odds: Set before the event begins, pre-match odds reflect form, head-to-head records, injuries, and market expectations going in. This is where most weekly betting activity happens.
Odds on Combos (Parlays or Accumulators): Parlay bets combine multiple selections into a single wager for a higher payout. Every leg has to land for the parlay to pay out, which is what makes the odds attractive and the hit rate low.
In-Play/Live Odds: Live betting odds update throughout the match as the game state changes. They're built for bettors who want to react to what's actually happening rather than commit before a ball's been kicked. Live sports odds sometimes carry higher juice (a.k.a. bookmaker vig) because of increased uncertainty. This makes finding the best in-play odds on your own challenging. The good news is that LiveSportsOdds' software does it in real time.
Outright Odds: Also known as futures, outright markets cover season-long or tournament-long outcomes rather than upcoming games. Examples include title winner and top scorer. Prices here move slower than in-play odds but can swing hard around transfers, injuries or a hot run of form.
How Pre-Match and Live Odds Change?
Every price on the board is an implied probability. A short-priced favourite points to a high chance of winning. A long-priced underdog signals the opposite. Reading that number correctly, instead of just reacting to it, is the whole game.
Pre-game prices get set well before kick-off and shift as new information comes in. Some factors that can influence the odds include:
Team news: a confirmed lineup change can move a price within minutes.
Injuries and suspensions: losing a key player shifts the market even before a ball's kicked.
Form and head-to-head record: a side on a losing run drifts, even against weaker opposition.
Home advantage: hosting still carries a real edge in most sports.
Travel and altitude: a European side playing at altitude in Mexico City is up against thin air as much as the opponent.
Weather: wind and rain can shorten the odds on the under in outdoor sports.
Heavy money on one side can also move a line without any change in the underlying facts. Algorithms set the opening price, with risk managers stepping in as sharp or public betting shifts the market. That framework doesn't switch off once the whistle blows; it just moves a lot faster.
Live odds start from the closing pre-game line and adjust as the match develops, which is why a second-half price rarely matches the one posted at kick-off. Injuries and ejections trigger an instant recalculation, momentum can shift totals and spreads within seconds, and the clock itself works against the trailing team as it runs down.
Market Suspensions and Line Freezes
Sportsbooks also suspend or freeze lines during high-impact moments, like a red card, a serious injury, a video review or a sudden change in possession, to stop bettors exploiting the lag between what's happened on the field and what the price still shows. Markets typically reopen once risk managers reprice the outcome, so don't be surprised if the number looks different when betting resumes.
